I know what RTT can do because I've experienced it first-hand. It changed my whole world, and for the first time in my life I felt powerful.
I watched anxiety take hold of people close to me, and I felt it take hold of myself. It doesn't respond to willpower, to being told to calm down, or to trying harder. It responds to reprogramming.
My mum is an RTT practitioner, so I grew up immersed in subconscious work and reprogramming for years before I ever trained in it myself. But knowing the tool and needing it are different things, and I needed every bit of it.
From a very young age I was deeply curious and passionate about understanding the mind. Louise Hay's You Can Heal Your Life was the first book to crack something open in me, and Marisa Peer's I Am Enough went further still, teaching me that our minds respond, literally, to the words we say and the pictures we make, and that this shapes our reality. I later went deeper into Gabor Maté's work on trauma, to understand how the experiences of early childhood quietly write the rules we live by as adults.
RTT is what changed that for me, not gradually, but at the root. Since then I've written my own subconscious scripts and listened to them before sleep, night after night, for years. That single practice quietly rebuilt my life from the inside: inner peace, unwavering confidence, and self-belief that allows me to curate the life of my dreams.
I believe knowledge is power, and self-knowledge is the most powerful kind there is. That belief is what drives everything I do now.
